Regarding confidentiality: We jealously guard and protect the confidentiality of our clients, utilizing only selected pieces for portfolio after they are seen in the public domain. We consider the identity, branding and licensing style guides we create to be strictly proprietary to each client – as well as most presentations. As a result, we only show cover art or those style guide elements in the public domain – believing that our multimedia facility is well demonstrated through our Web design and video portfolio. We accept only that work which we can deliver as promised. Repeat business is earned on performance & fair pricing. In most cases, our fees are well within or BELOW median market prices as compiled and published by Graphic Artists Guild Pricing & Ethical Guidelines. A retainer is required until credit is established. Although we usually work directly with our clients, we are delighted to work through your agent(s). Consulting is quoted on hourly or per diem bases, related to project scope, travel, etc. For complex projects, we charge a fraction of our total quote to flesh out concepts, allowing clients to review and decide before committing to the full job.* This gives our clients a valuable tool: the ability to visualize the essence of our work without obligation beyond a pre-agreed fee – credited toward the total cost in the event the project proceeds.*Agreement required whereby presentation content created by Penry Creative, Inc. remains our exclusive intellectual property until such time as client proceeds/remits in full. – How We Work. – We are proud to be in our fourth decade of service and to offer these strengths: – Ideation & Creative Process Management – We place enormous emphasis on the creative process itself.
