Innovative dimensional & tactile design: We specialize in designing unique, print finishing solutions to bring your most demanding projects alive – utilizing a wide range of techniques from clear foil embossing to special coatings, die cutting and more. – We created licensing style guidance for Broderbund/WGBH’s mega-hit Carmen Sandiego™ franchise, known to millions through the brand’s multi-game, educational software series, an educational & entertaining PBS TV series, and an animated FOX Network series. In addition to enhancing the brand by giving Carmen a ‘Film Noir’ look & feel, we restyled several ancillary characters, as well. This process also included creating art and/or providing art direction for a range of licensed retail products and co-promotions, encompassing major brands including Quaker Oats, Life Cereal, Wendy’s, University Games and many more. Carmen Sandiego™ is now a part of the Learning Company® and Riverdeep® UK brand portfolio. The following showcase our role in the image development, licensing, style guidance, product treatments and/or packaging of some of the world’s best known brands, including: Sonic The Hedgehog™ / Carmen Sandiego™ / Dr. Denton / Home Improvement – We Are Family Foundation was founded by multi-Grammy Award winner, Nile Rodgers. At 19, he was a Sesame Street studio musician by day & Apollo Theatre house band guitarist who also played w/Aretha Franklin. Writing & producing the seminal We Are Family for Sister Sledge, he’s one of music’s most gifted. Chic cofounder and collaborator with Madonnna, INXS, B-52s, Bowie, Jagger, Clapton and recently Joss Stone & Maroon 5 he has contributed to sales of 100 million+ records.
